Login details are provided to your agency staff, clients and contractors (via Email and SMS)
Access permissions and features can be restricted to certain users.

Contractors can access the site to.

Contractor Information - view and edit their Contract details.
Timesheet Details - fill online timesheet, upload scanned timesheet, view all submitted timesheet and their status and search.
Expense Details - fill online billable and non billable expenses, upload receipts and VAT particulars.
Invoice & Payments Details -view all invoices, invoice status, credit notes issued and payment details.
Account Details- View complete account based on contract period and status.
Refer a Contractor -refer a contractor online.
Additional Features - as per client needs

Client can access the site to:

Timesheet- fill online timesheet on behalf of contractor, upload scanned timesheet, view all submitted timesheet and their status and authorize timesheets received from contractor.
Expense Details - fill online billable and non billable expenses, upload receipts and VAT particulars.
Contractor Details: Add new contractor, contract or edit rules of the contractor in the system.
Invoice Details -view all invoices, invoice status, credit notes issued and payment details.
Account Details- View complete account based on contract period and status.
Payment- upload bank statements for allocation and matching of receipts and payments to contractor as per the payment instruction
